Hugh Green

founder & Head CoacH

Helping busy adults build strength, lose weight, and create lasting habits through personalized coaching that fits real life.

With a background spanning football, powerlifting, and functional training, Hugh brings a rare mix of strength, athleticism, and real-world coaching experience to every client he works with.

His coaching philosophy is simple: training should fit your life — not the other way around. Hugh specializes in helping busy adults build strength, lose fat, and feel energized again through smart programming, practical nutrition guidance, and clear accountability. Whether you’re brand new to fitness or getting back on track after years away, Hugh builds plans that are realistic, effective, and sustainable.

Born and raised in Baltimore, Hugh lives in the Locust Point neighborhood with his cats, Rockie and Pawlie. When he’s not at the gym, you’ll usually find him running, traveling, enjoying a pizza, or watching a movie.

Quinn Kastle

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING COACH

Helping goal-oriented adults and athletes build strength, improve performance, and create lasting habits through disciplined, process-driven coaching.

Quinn is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with experience working with Division I and Division III sports teams, a Paralympian, Tactical athletes, and goal oriented adults.  In his
own pursuits, he has competed in amateur strongman and currently plays rugby for Rocky Gorge RFC.

Quinn’s mission is to foster an environment that empowers individuals to become better versions of themselves every day. His coaching philosophy places emphasis on consistently executing basic principles at a high level, generating a process oriented culture that facilitates personal development, and creating habits that allow members to continuously achieve results.

Outside of coaching and athletics, Quinn enjoys time with his family, throwing a frisbee with friends, and a good Baltimore brunch.

Olivia Trumino

STRENGTH, CONDITIONING, & NUTRITION COACH

Helping people build healthier lifestyles by creating a positive, supportive environment where confidence and consistency can grow.

Olivia grew up as a three sport athlete and developed a passion early on for learning about exercise and movement, which led her to pursue both her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Exercise Science. She also has her ACSM Personal Training Certification and Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach Certification.

Olivia recognizes the importance of prioritizing exercise and nutrition for overall well-being and encourages others to strive to make this a part of their lifestyle. Her goal as a coach is to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for members to show up for themselves and give their best. She enjoys being able to watch members improve their skills over time and achieve their personal goals.

Chris Gutierrez

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING COACH

Helping everyone from beginners to competitive athletes move better, get stronger, and train with confidence through smart, sustainable programming.

Chris is a CSCS-certified coach with over a decade of experience in personal training, group fitness, and athletic performance. Also certified in Barbell Rehab and Functional Movement Systems (FMS), specializes in helping clients move better, get stronger, and train smarter.

With a deep understanding of biomechanics and injury prevention, Chris works with everyone from beginners to competitive athletes, creating a supportive, results-oriented environment that emphasizes proper technique, long-term progress, and sustainable performance.

Rachel Brenowitz

WELLNESS & STRENGTH COACH

Helping people improve their health, reduce pain, and build sustainable habits through a whole-person approach to fitness and wellness.

Rachel brings over a decade of experience in the fitness industry as a Group Fitness Coach, Personal Trainer, and Certified Health Coach. She holds a Master’s Degree in Health Science with a specialization in Integrative Health and Wellness, as well as a Dual Bachelor’s Degree in Neuroscience and Psychology. A former collegiate athlete and published medical researcher, Rachel has focused her work on helping populations with chronic pain.

Her passion lies in guiding others toward total wellness and empowering them to create sustainable, multifaceted healthy lifestyles. When she’s not coaching, Rachel enjoys relaxing with her pets, indulging in reality TV, and savoring a big bowl of pasta.

Eric Brown

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING COACH

Helping athletes of all experience levels build strength, improve mobility, and gain confidence in a supportive, encouraging environment.

Eric is a CF Level 1 Certified coach with three years of experience helping athletes of all levels achieve their fitness goals. As a Cybersecurity Threat Analyst by day, he brings the same dedication and precision to coaching as he does to his professional career. Eric’s approach focuses on meeting athletes where they are, scaling movements as needed, and challenging them to build strength and improve mobility. He thrives on the camaraderie and positive energy that the coaches and athletes bring to Capacity.

Outside of coaching and cybersecurity, Eric enjoys spending time with his wife and young son, exploring the outdoors, cooking, and catching live music. He’s eager to help you move better, grow stronger, and unlock your full potential.

Adrienne Vogel

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING COACH

Helping people of all fitness levels feel confident, get stronger, and build lasting habits through encouraging, personalized coaching.

Adrienne is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with two years of coaching experience and a deep background in functional fitness, strength training, and sustainable movement. Her coaching focuses on building real-world strength, improving how clients move day-to-day, and creating training routines that actually stick.

Adrienne works best with clients who want coaching — not hype. She emphasizes proper mechanics, consistency, and accountability, helping people feel stronger, more capable, and more confident in their bodies over time.

She lives in Locust Point with her husband, Jeff, and takes pride in coaching within the same community she calls home.
