Raising Capacity is led by Capacity Fitness coach Chris, well known in Baltimore for his intelligent programming, calm approach, and ability to meet clients exactly where they are.

Chris’s Instagram (@chrisgoot) is a masterclass in movement education—showing his expertise in mobility, foundational strength work, and functional coaching strategies. His style is warm, supportive, and incredibly precise, making him one of the most trusted coaches for partum fitness in the area.
