Our personal training program emphasizes the importance of a well-rounded exercise regimen that incorporates both cardio and strength training. Cardio exercises help you burn fat, calories, and improve your body mass index (BMI) while also reducing your risk of chronic diseases like heart disease, high cholesterol, diabetes, and some forms of cancer. At least 20 minutes of daily cardio is recommended to maintain good health.
