Cardio- and core-intensive workouts that don’t require prior weightlifting experience, but do require willingness to work hard! With a focus on dumbbell, kettlebell, cardio, and bodyweight movements, Sweat Bootcamp is a great way to mix it up

What If I'm New or Inexperienced?

Through 5 or 10 1:1 Foundations personal training sessions, you’ll learn everything you need to know to get started at Capacity Fitness & Nutrition — all of our common movements, how to think about modifying workouts to your ability level, and how a strong focus on technique (and positive mindset) leads to the best outcomes.
