Hugh Green

founder & Head Coach

Hugh has done it all, from football to powerlifting, and even crossfit. He’s passionate about fitness and wants to help you achieve your fitness goals. No matter what your current level, he’ll find the perfect program and create a diet plan that works for you.

Born and raised in Baltimore, Hugh lives in the Riverside neighborhood with his wife Gabi and cats, Rockie and Pawlie.  In his spare time, he loves to hike, travel, and try out new restaurants around town.

Katie Angelosante

Coach

Coach Katie has played competitive soccer her entire life, which has made training an integral part of her journey. Experiencing the positive impact that strength and conditioning workouts had on her overall health and well-being inspired her to coach and share that transformative feeling with others.

Katie is passionate about helping people become the best version of themselves and achieve their goals. She finds joy in witnessing clients hit new personal records or gain confidence in mastering movements they’ve never tried before.

She believes the gym offers endless opportunities for growth and thrives on guiding others through that process. For Katie, building friendships with like-minded individuals is one of the most rewarding aspects of coaching.

Her message is simple: show up with a positive attitude and a smile, and you’ll not only improve your fitness but also enhance your overall quality of life.

Eric Brown

Coach

Eric is a CrossFit Level 1 Certified coach with nearly two years of experience helping athletes of all levels achieve their fitness goals. As a Cybersecurity Threat Analyst by day, he brings the same dedication and precision to coaching as he does to his professional career. Eric’s approach focuses on meeting athletes where they are, scaling movements as needed, and challenging them to build strength and improve mobility. He thrives on the camaraderie and positive energy that the coaches and athletes bring to Capacity.

Outside of coaching and cybersecurity, Eric enjoys spending time with his wife and young son, exploring the outdoors, cooking, and catching live music. He’s eager to help you move better, grow stronger, and unlock your full potential.

Alexander Wolke

Coach

Alexander Wolke brings over 13 years of experience as a Strength and Conditioning coach, specializing in strength training and field sports athletes. He has worked with athletes in rugby, powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, soccer, and football. Alexander’s coaching philosophy centers on understanding the principles that drive adaptation, allowing him to tailor his approach to help athletes of any background achieve their goals.

An active rugby player for 12 years, Alexander currently plays for Rocky Gorge Rugby Football Club and serves as the 7s rugby coach for the Baltimore Flamingos Women’s Rugby Football Club. He is also pursuing a Physical Therapist Assistant program to deepen his expertise.

Outside of coaching and studying, Alexander enjoys life with his wife of nine years and their two cats. His certifications include USAW Level 1 Weightlifting Coach, World Rugby Level 1 Coaching, and a Personal Training Certificate from NASM.

Rachel Brenowitz

Coach

Rachel brings over a decade of experience in the fitness industry as a Group Fitness Coach, Personal Trainer, and Certified Health Coach. She holds a Master’s Degree in Health Science with a specialization in Integrative Health and Wellness, as well as a Dual Bachelor’s Degree in Neuroscience and Psychology. A former collegiate athlete and published medical researcher, Rachel has focused her work on helping populations with chronic pain.

Her passion lies in guiding others toward total wellness and empowering them to create sustainable, multifaceted healthy lifestyles. When she’s not coaching, Rachel enjoys relaxing with her pets, indulging in reality TV, and savoring a big bowl of pasta.
