Why group training?
Group classes keep you motivated and working hard. Each day, we’ll build you a challenging workout that combines the best of all fitness methods, grounded in exercise science. You’ll be challenged to lift weights with great form and move fast through workouts — all while remaining safe and under control under the watchful eyes of a coach.
Movements are infinitely scalable, which means that we can modify any movement to your skill and fitness level. Can’t do a push-up? Don’t worry! We can help you find an appropriate movement to replace it. Not ready for pull-ups? That’s okay! We can replace that movement with something else. We are here to help you succeed!
You will have a network of people to connect with about your progress and goals. Get lifestyle advice from other class members, push each other, or hang out after class.
Our coaches are trained, educated and certified to lead group classes. They know how to keep you safe while helping you reach your potential.
