Why group training?
Group classes keep you motivated and working hard. Working with a coach keeps you safe and injury-free. Each day, we’ll build you a challenging workout that combines the best of all fitness methods, grounded in exercise science. You’ll be challenged to lift weights with great form as taught by our expert coaches and move fast through workouts — all while remaining safe and under control under the watchful eyes of our team of coaches.
Our functional fitness group classes are motivational, supportive, and most of all fun! Every class is led by a coach who will walk you through the warm-up, a strength or skill session, and the workout of the day.

Our group classes are great because you don’t have to figure out what you are going to do when you walk into the gym that day. We handle that for you! Each day is different, focusing on helping you to meet your goals.
Movements are infinitely scalable, which means that we can modify any movement to your skill and fitness level. Can’t do a push-up? Don’t worry! We can help you find an appropriate movement to replace it. Not ready for pull-ups? That’s okay! We can replace that movement with something else. We are here to help you succeed!

You will have a network of people to connect with about your progress and goals. Get lifestyle advice from other class members, push each other, or hang out after training.
